How to add Furikana in MS Office Word

หลังจากดองเป็นเวลานานก็คิดว่าสมควรอัพซะบ้างละ ประจวบกับการที่ต้องไปอัพเรื่องการใส่ Furikana ให้กลุ่ม ก็เลยถือโอกาสเอามาแปะที่นี่เลยละกัน เป็นอังกฤษล้วนนะ ขี้เกียจแปลอีกรอบ =w=
So, let's start with MS Office Word 2007.
For MS Office Word 2007
1. Actually this is very easy, just drag mouse to hilight the kanji/katakana you wanna add it. Then click "Phonetic Guide" on the Ribbon of the main page.
2. Then click OK to add the Furikana the software regonized. However, if it isn't the one you want, just edit it in the "Ruby Text"'s box.
But, what if there isn't any "Phonetic Guide" button on the screen?

This probably means, your office isn't support the Japanese-language editing.
In that case, follow this.
1. Click on the "Office button" on top left then select "Word Options"
2. On tap "Popular" press "Language Setting" button.
3. Switch on "Enabled editing languages" then add Japanese in to the list. After that click OK then restart your MS Word. You'll see the "Phonetic Guide" on the Main Ribbon.
For MS Office 2003 or older version
(Sorry, no images since I'm not using this, I've known this from my senpai)
1. Same as MS 2007, dragged and hilight the words/sentecnes.
2. On the Menu bar above click on "Format"-->"Asian Layout"-->"Phonetic Guide"
3. After that, the new window will appear, click OK if you're happy with it. If not, edit the text in "Ruby Text" before click OK.
If you're unable to add it, I think that it might be that the office isn't support Japanese so, open the Office language options then add it.
